Gout Cures

There are quite a few gout cures you can use to help you get rid of gout.  You can use either natural or modern methods of eliminating or alleviating this disease.  In my last post, I talked about what gout foods to avoid.

I would like to move on for a post and discuss some important things such as whether you wish to use natural cures for gout or modern methods.  By modern methods, I mean prescription medications such as allopurinol or colchicine or over the counter drugs such as ibuprofen, aleve, or motrin.

I prefer natural methods, but I have to admit, I have used aleve and ibuprofen to help get rid of painful attacks.  By natural gout cures I mean such foods as strawberries, which I am currently eating in the form of natural home made ice cream as I’m writing this post.  Other foods, especially fruits such as pineapples, cherries, blueberries, and oranges (they do contain plenty of vitamin C which is good for treating gout).

What do most of these foods have in common?  Vitamin C.  Vitamin C is excellent in the struggle against gout . You should make sure you get your daily allowance and if possible supplement the vitamin C if you need to.  Vitamin C helps reduce your uric acid which will help reduce the frequency or intensity of your attacks.

Many of these fruits have potassium and anthocyanins which have been shown to help with inflammation and potassium neutralizes uric acid levels so the kidneys can excrete them.  These are all factors you can use to help you determine what makes a good food to eat to help you with your gout cures.  Make these types of foods part of your effective fat loss diets & plans.  You should also consider these Slimming Pills that work and you will see results.
